Established in 1980, Parkmore Medical Centre is a pillar of compassionate care and patient wellbeing. Since 2024, Dr. Danny has proudly carried forward ParkmoreMC’s vision while introducing innovative pathways, including a new website, advanced medical software, online booking systems, multidisciplinary teamwork and personalised customer service.
We also provide access to bulk billing doctors in Keysborough for Pensioners, Disabled and Health Care Card holders, as well as all children under 16 years of age (within clinic hours).

Is Parkmore Medical Centre a bulk billing clinic?
Parkmore Medical Centre operates as a mixed-billing practice. Pensioners, Health Care Card holders, patients with a disability card, children under 16, and follow-up appointments are bulk billed during standard hours. Other patients may incur an out-of-pocket fee depending on the doctor seen.
How much will my GP appointment cost?
Consultation fees vary between doctors, as all practitioners operate independently. Fees are visible on online booking platforms and are also available at reception. Medicare rebates can be claimed on the day through Medicare EasyClaim.
Can I book a GP appointment online?
Yes. Online bookings are available for GP appointments at Parkmore Medical Centre. This allows patients to view available doctors, appointment times, and fee information before attending.
Do you offer after-hours GP care?
When the clinic is closed, after-hours medical care is available through a locum service. An out-of-pocket fee may apply. For urgent or emergency situations, patients should attend their nearest hospital emergency department.
Can I request a repeat prescription without an appointment?
No. An appointment is required for all repeat prescriptions to ensure appropriate clinical review and safe ongoing care.
How do I receive my test results?
Patients can contact the clinic between 9:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday to discuss test results. Abnormal results are communicated via SMS, and a follow-up appointment may be recommended.
Do your doctors provide specialist referrals?
Yes. GPs at Parkmore Medical Centre can provide referral letters to specialists when clinically appropriate. Patients may request a referral to a specialist of their choice during their consultation.
Do you accept WorkCover patients?
Doctors at this clinic do not accept existing WorkCover claims. New WorkCover claims may be accepted by selected doctors. Patients are required to pay upfront until a valid claim number is issued.
Is the clinic accessible for patients with a disability?
Yes. There is designated disabled parking directly in front of the clinic, wheelchair access, and lift access to first-floor consulting rooms. Staff are happy to assist where needed.
How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?
Patient feedback is welcomed. Comments, suggestions, or complaints can be provided in writing to the Practice Manager. If a concern is not resolved, patients may also contact the Health Services Commissioner.
